Research interests
Alongside studies, I worked as a research assistant on various projects exploring social influence, behavioral mimicry, and mental health interventions. Involved in studies on the psychosocial factors of chronic illness, obesity prevention, and prosocial behavior, contributing to experimental design, data analysis, and literature reviews. During studies, I led experiments and coordinated with research teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Passionate about combining research, education, and practice (sport and music) to advance psychological well-being. In addition to work in psychology, rooted with a background in music, holding a Bachelor of Music in Saxophone from HKU Utrecht. As a Saxophonist, I performed with ensembles, participated in international music programs, and was part of an award-winning orchestral album recognized by the Polish Awards. Outside of academics, I compete in triathlons, aquabikes, and skiing events.
